Common use of Waiver of Dissenters’ Rights Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Dissenters’ Rights. Shareholder hereby waives, and agrees not to assert or perfect (and agrees to cause not to be asserted and perfected), any appraisal or dissenters’ rights with respect to any of the Shareholder Shares in connection with the Merger.

Waiver of Dissenters’ Rights. Shareholder hereby waives, and agrees not to assert or perfect (and agrees to cause not to be asserted and perfected)perfect, any appraisal or dissenters’ rights with respect to any of dissent from the Merger that Shareholder may have by virtue of ownership of the Shareholder Shares in connection with the MergerShares.

Waiver of Dissenters’ Rights. The Shareholder hereby waives, irrevocably and agrees not to assert or perfect (and agrees to cause not to be asserted and perfected), unconditionally waives any appraisal rights or dissenters’ rights with respect relating to the Merger or any of related transaction that the Shareholder Shares in connection with the Mergermay have.

Waiver of Dissenters’ Rights. Each Shareholder hereby waives, waives and agrees not to assert exercise any rights to dissent or perfect (and agrees to cause not to be asserted and perfected), any appraisal or dissenters’ similar rights with respect to any of the Merger or other transactions contemplated by the Merger Agreement that the Shareholder may have with respect to the Shareholder’s Covered Shares in connection with the Mergerpursuant to applicable law.

Waiver of Dissenters’ Rights. Each Shareholder hereby irrevocably waives, and agrees not to assert or perfect (and agrees to cause not to be asserted and perfected)exercise any, any rights of appraisal or dissenters’ rights with respect dissent relating to any of the Subject Shares arising pursuant to the Merger as afforded to such Shareholder Shares in connection with pursuant to Chapter 23B.13 of the MergerWashington Business Corporation Act or any other applicable Laws.
