Common use of WAIVER/ENFORCEABILITY Clause in Contracts

WAIVER/ENFORCEABILITY. In the event any part of this Agreement shall be held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts of this Agreement shall be in full force and effect as though any invalid or unenforceable part or parts were not written into this Agreement. No waiver by Owner of any provisions hereof shall be deemed a waiver of any other provision hereof or of any subsequent default or breach by Occupant of the same or any other provision.
