Common use of Waiver by Tenant Clause in Contracts

Waiver by Tenant. Tenant hereby expressly waives, so far as permitted by law, any and all right of redemption or reentry or repossession to revive the validity and existence of this Lease in the event that Tenant shall be dispossessed by a judgment or by order of any court having jurisdiction over the Leased Premises or the interpretation of this Lease or in case of eviction and repossession by Landlord or in case of any expiration or termination of this Lease.

Waiver by Tenant. Tenant hereby expressly waives, so far as permitted by law, any and all right of redemption or reentry or repossession or to revive the validity and existence of this Lease Agreement in the event that Tenant shall be dispossessed by a judgment or by order of any court having jurisdiction over the Leased Demised Premises or the interpretation of this Lease Agreement or in case of eviction and entry, reentry or repossession by Landlord or in case of any expiration or termination of this LeaseLease Agreement.

Tenant hereby expressly waives, so far as permitted by lawfor itself and all Persons claiming by, through, or under it, any and all right of redemption redemption, re-entry, or reentry or repossession to revive restoration of the validity and existence operation of this Lease under any current or future Applicable Law, including, without limitation, any such right that Tenant would otherwise have in the event that case Tenant shall be dispossessed by a judgment for any cause, or by order in case District shall obtain possession of any court having jurisdiction over the Leased Premises or the interpretation of this Lease or in case of eviction and repossession by Landlord or in case of any expiration or termination of this Leaseas herein provided.
