Waived Conditions Precedent to Closing. If any of the Investors waives any of the Conditions Precedent to Closing based on the undertakings of the Guarantors, such undertakings shall be deemed as obligations to be performed by the Guarantors in a timely manner after the Closing, and shall be performed by the Guarantors within the time limit then agreed upon by the Guarantor and such Investor.
