Common use of Waitlist Assignment Clause in Contracts

Waitlist Assignment. Applicants are assigned to the waitlist by Housing & Residence Life. Applicants who complete their application by the deadline outlined in section 2.0 (“on-time applicants”) will be placed on the waitlist in residence admission priority sequence. Applicants who complete their application past the deadline outlined in section 2.0 will be placed on the waitlist after all on-time applicants by the date their application was completed.
