WAGES AND LONGEVITY. A. Any employee who has completed fourteen (14) years of continuous service with the Chardon Local School District by July 1 or January 1 of each contract year shall be paid an additional twenty cents ($.20) per hour.

The wage ranges shown in Exhibit A will be adjusted by 2.25% effective 1/1/2018, and 3% effective 1/1/2019.

WAGES AND LONGEVITY. 10.0 The Compensation Plan for employees covered under the Agreement is set forth in Appendix A. An employee, after having served one (1) year (12 months) in grade will advance to the next step of the pay plan. The implementation of this higher rate will become effective the first full work week after such twelve-month period.

Effective retroactive to January 1, 2018, base salaries will increase by 2% for all employees on the payroll as of May 9,2018, other than employee(s) who were hired in 2018 at rates above those set forth in the applicable Advancement Ladder(s). (Effective May 8, 2011) Drivers and assistants shall be paid in fifteen (15) minute blocks according to the chart below. July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2012 Zero (0) – four (4) minutes worked No time allowed. Five (5) – nineteen (19) minutes worked Fifteen (15) minutes allowed.
