Typically, this provision outlines the conditions under which an employee can request an advance, such as limits on the amount, frequency, and repayment terms, which may involve automatic deductions from future paychecks. The core function of this clause is to provide financial flexibility for employees facing unexpected expenses, while also ensuring the employer has a clear process for recouping advanced funds.
