Vouchers and Receipts. The Borrower shall furnish to the Lender, promptly on demand, any contracts, bills of sale, statements, receipted vouchers or agreements pursuant to which the Borrower has any claim of title to any materials, fixtures or other articles delivered or to be delivered to the Land or incorporated or to be incorporated into the Improvements. The Borrower shall furnish to the Lender, promptly on demand, a verified written statement, in such form and detail as the Lender may require, showing all amounts paid for labor and materials and all items of labor and materials furnished or to be furnished for which payment has not been made and the amounts to be paid therefor.
