Common use of Vouchers and Receipts Clause in Contracts

Vouchers and Receipts. Borrower will furnish to Lender, promptly on demand, any contracts, bills of sale, statements, receipted vouchers or agreements pursuant to which Borrower has any claim of title to any materials, fixtures or other articles delivered or to be delivered to the Land or incorporated or to be incorporated into the Improvements. Borrower will furnish to Lender, promptly on demand, a verified written statement, in such form and detail as Lender may reasonably require, showing all amounts paid and unpaid for labor and materials and all items of labor and materials to be furnished for which payment has not been made and the amounts to be paid therefor.
