Common use of Voting Units Clause in Contracts

Voting Units. (a) Subject to the other provisions of this Agreement (including those governing the Members’ respective rights to receive allocations of Net Profits and Net Losses and to buy or sell Units), each Voting Unit with respect to a Series shall have the rights, and be subject to the obligations, identical to those of each other Voting Unit. (b) The holders of Voting Units shall be entitled to one vote for each Voting Unit held at all meetings of Voting Members (and written actions in lieu of meetings), with no right to cumulative voting.
