Voting Trust Certificates. 14.01. The Voting Trustees shall issue from time to time in respect of the Shares of the Corporation, Voting Trust Certificates for a like number of Shares of the Corporation. The Voting Trust Certificates shall incorporate or refer to this Agreement and shall be registered in the name of the Shareholder or in such name as the Shareholder shall specify in writing.
