Voting of Capital Units by Company. A Capital Unit owned by another limited liability company, corporation or other legal entity, the majority of which is owned or controlled by this Company, and a Capital Unit held by this Company in a fiduciary capacity, shall not be voted, directly or indirectly, at any meeting, and shall not be counted in determining the total Capital Units of a class at any given time.
