Voting; Amendments and Supplements to Indenture and. Other Note Documents. (a) So long as the Senior Notes are held by the -------------------- Trust, the Pass Through Trustee will not (i) direct the time, method and place of conducting any proceeding for any remedy available to the Indenture Trustee, or execute any trust or power conferred on the Pass Through Trustee with respect to the Senior Notes, (ii) waive any past default that is waivable under the Senior Notes, (iii) exercise any right to rescind or annul a declaration that the Senior Notes are due and payable, (iv) consent to any amendment, modification or termination of the Indenture or the Senior Notes, where such consent is required, without, in each case, complying with the provisions of Section 11.01(b), or (v) take any other action, except as set forth in Section 11.01(b).
