Common use of Vote Clause in Contracts

Vote. SECTION 22.1. The Employer shall deduct from the wages of any employee who submits a voluntary authorization card, an amount designated by such employee for OPEIU “Voice of The Electorate (VOTE)” fund. Such voluntary contributions shall be forwarded to OPEIU Local 537 monthly by check payable to Voice of The Electorate or VOTE, along with a listing of persons who donated such monies. SECTION 22.2. A copy of the checkoff authorization to be used for this purpose is attached hereto as Exhibit “D”.

Vote. Such voluntary contributions shall be forwarded to OPEIU Local 537 International Union (address) monthly by check payable to Voice of The Electorate or VOTE, along with a listing of persons who donated such monies. SECTION 22.22. A copy of the checkoff authorization to be used for this purpose is attached hereto as Exhibit “DD.”.
