Vous reconnaissez et convenez que vous pouvez faire l’objet de certaines vérifications de vos antécédents et de votre historique en tant que conducteur, de temps à autre, afin de s’assurer que vous demeurez qualifié pour fournir les Services de transport. Vous reconnaissez et convenez que la Société se réserve le droit, à tout moment et à la seule discrétion de la Société, de désactiver ou autrement restreindre votre accès ou utilisation de l’Application Chauffeur ou des Services Uber si vous ne vous conformez pas aux conditions fixées par le présent Contrat.
