Common use of Voluntary Termination Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Termination. In the event that the Executive terminates his employment with the Company on his own initiative, other than by death, for Disability or by a Constructive Termination, he shall have the same entitlements hereunder as provided in Section 9(c)(ii) in the case of a termination by the Company for Cause. In the event that of a termination of employment by the Executive terminates his employment with the Company on his own initiative, initiative other than by death, for a termination due to death or Disability or by a Constructive TerminationTermination without Cause, he the Executive shall have the same entitlements hereunder as provided in Section 9(c)(ii7(b)(ii) in the case of for a termination by the Company Termination for Cause. A voluntary termination under this Section 9(e) shall 7(e)shall be effective upon written 30 days prior notice to the a Company and shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement.

Voluntary Termination. In the event that the Executive terminates his employment with hereunder prior to the Company then-scheduled expiration of the Term on his own initiative, other than by death, for Disability or by in a Constructive TerminationTermination Without Cause, the Term shall expire and he shall have the same entitlements hereunder as provided in Section 9(c)(ii8(c)(ii) in the case of a termination by the Company for Cause. A voluntary termination under this Section 9(e8(f) shall be effective upon written notice to the Company and shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement.

Voluntary Termination. In the event that of a termination of employment by the Executive terminates his employment with the Company on his own initiative, other than by death, for Disability a termination due to death or by a Constructive TerminationTermination Without Cause, he the Executive shall have the same entitlements hereunder as provided in Section 9(c)(ii10(b)(iii) in the case of above for a termination by the Company for Cause. A voluntary termination under this Section 9(e10(e) shall be effective upon 30 days prior written notice to the Company or such shorter period as may be determined by the Company and shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement.

Voluntary Termination. In the event that the Executive terminates --------------------- his employment with the Company on his own initiative, other than by death, for Disability or Disability, by a Constructive TerminationTermination without Cause or by giving notice in accordance with Section 2, then he shall have the same entitlements hereunder as provided in Section 9(c)(ii8(C)(II) in the case of a termination by the Company for Cause. A voluntary termination under this Section 9(e8(G) shall be effective upon written notice to the Company and shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement.
