Common use of Voluntary Termination Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Termination. In the event the Executive terminates the Executive's employment on the Executive's own volition (except as provided in Section 6(f) and/or Section 6(g)) prior to the expiration of the Term of this Agreement, including any renewals thereof, such termination shall constitute a voluntary termination and in such event the Executive shall be limited to the same rights and benefits as provided in connection with a termination for Cause as provided in Section 6(c).

Voluntary Termination. In the event the Executive terminates the Executive's employment on the Executive's own volition (except as provided in Section 6(f) 6F and/or Section 6(g)6G) prior to the expiration of the Term or Renewal Term of this Agreement, including any renewals thereof), such termination shall constitute a voluntary termination and in such event the Executive shall be limited to the same rights and benefits as provided in connection with a termination for Cause as provided in Section 6(c).6C.

Voluntary Termination. In the event the Executive terminates the Executive's ’s employment on the Executive's ’s own volition (except as provided in Section 6(f) and/or Section 6(g)) prior to the expiration of the Term of this Agreement, including any renewals thereof, such termination shall constitute a voluntary termination and in such event the Executive shall be limited to the same rights and benefits as provided in connection with a termination for Cause as provided in Section 6(c).

Voluntary Termination. Executive may terminate his employment voluntarily at any time. In the event the Executive terminates the Executive's his employment on the Executive's own volition (except voluntarily, other than for Good Reason following a Change in Control as provided in Section 6(f) and/or Section 6(g7(e)) prior , above, Executive's rights to the expiration of the Term of this Agreement, including any renewals thereof, such termination shall constitute a voluntary termination compensation and in such event the Executive benefits shall be limited to the same rights and benefits as provided in connection with a termination for Cause as provided in Section 6(c).follows:

Voluntary Termination. In the event the If Executive terminates his employment hereunder pursuant to a Voluntary Termination, the Executive's employment on the Executive's own volition (except as provided in Section 6(f) and/or Section 6(g)) prior to the expiration of the Term of Employer’s obligations under this Agreement, including any renewals thereofobligations of the Employer under Section 5 hereof, such termination shall constitute a voluntary termination cease as of the date of termination, except that Employer shall pay Executive any earned but unpaid salary and in such event the Executive shall be limited to the same rights and benefits as provided in connection with a termination for Cause as provided in Section 6(c)benefits.

Voluntary Termination. In the event the Executive terminates the Executive's ’s employment on the Executive's ’s own volition (except as provided in Section 6(f) and/or Section 6(g)) prior to the expiration of the Term of this Agreement), including any renewals thereof, such termination shall constitute a voluntary termination and in such event the Executive shall be limited to the same rights receive Base Salary and benefits through the date of termination only, together with any Bonus that has been earned as provided in connection with a termination for Cause as provided in Section 6(c)of that date.

Any rights and benefits as provided the Executive may have in connection respect of any other compensation shall be determined in accordance with a termination for Cause as provided in Section 6(c)the terms of such other compensation arrangements or such plans or programs.

In the event the Executive terminates the Executive's ’s employment on the Executive's ’s own volition (except as provided in Section 6(f) and/or Section 6(g4(g)) prior to the expiration of the Term or Renewal Term of this Agreement, including any renewals thereof, such termination shall constitute a voluntary termination and in such event the Executive shall be limited to the same rights and benefits as provided in connection with a termination for Cause as provided in Section 6(c4(a).

Voluntary Termination. In the event If the Executive terminates the Executive's employment on the Executive's own volition (except as provided in Section 6(f) and/or Section 6(g)) prior to the expiration of the Term of this Agreement, including any renewals thereof, such termination shall constitute a voluntary termination and in such event the Executive shall be limited to the same rights and benefits as provided in connection with a termination for Cause as provided in Section 6(c)6c.

Voluntary Termination. In the event the Executive terminates If the Executive's employment on is terminated by the Executive's own volition (except as provided Company for Cause or the Executive voluntarily terminates his employment during the Employment Period, the Company shall pay the Executive only those amounts specified in Section 6(f) and/or Section 6(g5(d)) prior , in each case to the expiration of extent not yet paid, and the Term of Company shall have no further obligations under this Agreement, including any renewals thereof, such termination shall constitute a voluntary termination and in such event the Executive shall be limited to the same rights and benefits as provided in connection with a termination for Cause as provided in Section 6(c).

In the event that the Executive resigns and terminates the Executive's his employment on the Executive's at his own volition (except as provided in Section 6(f) and/or Section 6(g)) prior to the expiration of the Term of this Agreement, including any renewals thereof(except as provided in Section 5(e) above), such termination shall constitute a voluntary termination “Voluntary Termination” and in such event the Executive shall be limited to the same rights and benefits as provided in connection with a termination for Due Cause as provided in under Section 6(c)5(c) above.

Voluntary Termination. In the event the Executive terminates the Executive's ’s employment on the Executive's ’s own volition (volition, except as provided in Section 6(f4(d) in this Agreement and/or Section 6(g)4(e) prior to the expiration of the Term of this Agreement, including any renewals thereof, such termination shall constitute a voluntary termination and in such event the Executive shall be limited to the same rights and benefits as provided in connection with a termination for Cause as provided in Section 6(c4(a).

Voluntary Termination. In the event If the Executive terminates the Executive's ’s employment on the Executive's ’s own volition (except as provided in Section 6(f) and/or Section 6(g)) 6f prior to the expiration of the Term of this Agreement, including any renewals thereof, such termination shall constitute a voluntary termination and in such event the Executive shall be limited to the same rights and benefits as provided in connection with a termination for Cause as provided in Section 6(c)6c.

Voluntary Termination. In the event the Executive voluntarily terminates his employment with the Executive's employment on the Executive's own volition Company (except other than for Good Reason as provided in Section 6(f) and/or 5), all of his rights under Section 6(g)) 4 shall cease as of the date of termination. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, he shall be paid or provided with such amounts and benefits to which he may otherwise be entitled under the retirement, insurance and similar programs of the Company in which he was a participant immediately prior to the expiration of the Term of this Agreement, including any renewals thereof, such termination shall constitute a voluntary termination and in such event the Executive shall be limited to the same rights and benefits as provided in connection with a termination for Cause as provided in Section 6(c)his termination.

Voluntary Termination. In the event that the Executive terminates the Executive's his employment on the Executive's own volition (except as provided in Section 6(f) and/or Section 6(g)) hereunder prior to the then-scheduled expiration of the Term Term, prior to the date on which a new full-time Chief Executive Officer of the Company commences employment as such, and on his own initiative (other than by death, for Disability or by a Constructive Termination Without Cause), he shall be entitled to the benefits set forth in Section 8(e). Any such termination (a "Voluntary Termination") shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement, including any renewals thereof, such termination shall constitute a voluntary termination and in such event the Executive shall be limited to the same rights and benefits as provided in connection with a termination for Cause as provided in Section 6(c).

Voluntary Termination. In the event that the Executive terminates the Executive's ’s employment on at the Executive's ’s own volition (except as provided in Section 6(f) and/or Section 6(g)) prior to the expiration of the Employment Term of this Agreement, including any renewals thereof(except as provided in Subsection 4(e) above), such termination shall constitute a voluntary termination “Voluntary Termination” and in such event the Executive shall be limited to the same rights and benefits as provided in connection with a termination for Due Cause as provided in Section 6(c)under Subsection 4(c) above.

Voluntary Termination. In the event the Executive terminates the Executive's employment on the Executive's own volition (except as provided in Section 6(f) 6F and/or Section 6(g)) 6G prior to the expiration of the Term or Renewal Term of this Agreement, including any renewals thereof), such termination shall constitute a voluntary termination and in such event the Executive shall be limited to the same rights and benefits as provided in connection with a termination for Cause as provided in Section 6(c).6A.

Voluntary Termination. In The Executive shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement without cause upon ninety (90) days notice to the event Corporation. If the Executive terminates the Executive's employment on the Executive's own volition (except as provided in Section 6(f) and/or Section 6(g)) prior to the expiration of the Term of this Agreement, including any renewals thereof, such termination shall constitute a voluntary termination and in such event the Executive shall be limited to the same rights and benefits as provided in connection with a termination for Cause as provided in Section 6(c).

In the event the Executive terminates the Executive's ’s employment on the Executive's ’s own volition (except as provided in Section 6(f) and/or Section 6(g)) prior to the expiration of the Term or any Renewal Term of this Agreement, including any renewals thereof, such termination shall constitute a voluntary termination and in such event the Executive shall be limited to the same rights and benefits as provided in connection with a termination for Cause as provided in Section 6(c6(a).

Any rights and benefits as provided the Executive may have in connection respect of any other compensation, including any “Performance Bonus” under Section 2(d) above, shall be determined in accordance with a termination for Cause as provided in Section 6(c)the terms of such other compensation arrangements or such plans or programs.

In the event the Executive terminates the Executive's ’s employment on of the Executive's ’s own volition (except as provided in Section 6(f) and/or Section 6(g)) prior to the expiration of the Term of this Agreement, including any renewals thereofTerm, such termination shall constitute a voluntary termination and in such event the Executive shall be limited to the same rights and benefits as provided in connection with a termination for Cause as provided in Section 6(c).

Voluntary Termination. In the event that the Executive terminates the Executive's ’s employment on the at Executive's ’s own volition (except as provided in Section 6(f) and/or Section 6(g)) prior to the expiration of the Term of this Agreement, including any renewals thereof(except as provided in Subsection 4(e) above), such termination shall constitute a voluntary termination “Voluntary Termination” and in such event the Executive shall be limited to the same rights and benefits as provided in connection with a termination for Due Cause as provided in Section 6(c)under Subsection 4(c) above.

Voluntary Termination. In the event the Executive terminates the Executive's ’s employment on the Executive's ’s own volition (except as provided in Section 6(f) and/or Section 6(g)) prior to the expiration of the Term of this Agreement, including any renewals thereof, such termination shall constitute a voluntary termination and in such event the Executive shall be limited to salary, vested common shares and earned bonus, if any, to date of voluntary termination. The Executive will be expected to give ample notice of termination to allow the same rights and benefits as provided in connection with company a termination for Cause as provided in Section 6(c)transition period to the new executive.

Voluntary Termination. In the event that the Executive terminates the Executive's his employment on the Executive's at his own volition (except as provided in Section 6(f) and/or Section 6(g)) prior to the expiration of the Term (except for Good Reason as provided in Section 5(e) above), including, without limitation, any termination as a result of the Executive’s election not to renew this Agreement, including any renewals thereof, such termination shall constitute a voluntary termination “Voluntary Termination” and in such event the Executive shall be limited to the same rights and benefits as provided in connection with a termination for Due Cause as provided in under Section 6(c)5(c) above.

In the event of the Executive terminates the termination of Executive's employment on the Executive's own volition (except as provided in pursuant to Section 6(f7(a) and/or Section 6(gor 7(b)) prior to the expiration of the Term of this Agreement, including any renewals thereof, such termination shall constitute a voluntary termination and in such event the Executive shall be limited entitled only to the same rights and benefits compensation earned by him hereunder as provided in connection with a termination for Cause as provided in Section 6(c)of the date of such termination.

In the event the Executive terminates the Executive's employment on the Executive's own volition (except as provided in Section 6(f) and/or Section 6(g)) prior to the expiration of the Term or Renewal Term of this Agreement, including any renewals thereof), such termination shall constitute a voluntary termination and in such event the Executive shall be limited to compensation earned to the same rights and benefits as provided in connection with a termination for Cause as provided in Section 6(c)date of termination.
