Common use of Voluntary Settlement Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Settlement. The Parties represent and acknowledge that this Agreement is the result of extensive, thorough, and good faith negotiations. The Parties further represent and acknowledge that the terms of this Agreement have been voluntarily accepted, after consultation with counsel. Each Party to this Agreement represents and warrants that the person who has signed this Agreement on behalf of a Party is duly authorized to enter into this Agreement and to bind that Party to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Voluntary Settlement. The Parties represent that they have read and been advised by counsel regarding this Agreement, that they understand its provisions and legal effect and that they are voluntarily entering into this Agreement. The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement is the result of extensivea full, thoroughfair, and good faith negotiationsfinal settlement of all claims released under this Agreement. The Parties further represent and acknowledge that the terms of that, in executing this Agreement have been voluntarily acceptedAgreement, after consultation with counsel. Each Party to this Agreement represents and warrants that the person who has signed this Agreement they do not rely on behalf of a Party is duly authorized to enter into this Agreement and to bind that Party to the terms and conditions of any inducements, promises, or representations other than those expressly set forth in this Agreement.
