Voluntary Retraining IV. The parties pledge themselves to cooperate in bringing about ways to facilitate the academic or professional retraining of members where the members voluntarily agree that such re-training is acceptable to them and where such retraining appears for good reason to be beneficial to the academic program or library services of the University.
