Voluntary Resignation for Good Reason. Executive may terminate Executive's employment hereunder for Good Reason (a "Voluntary Resignation for Good Reason") upon at least sixty (60) days' written notice to the Company in the form of a notice of resignation (the "Notice of Resignation"). The Notice of Resignation shall set forth the circumstances which in Executive's view constitute Good Reason hereunder and shall be delivered to the Company within sixty (60) days of the occurrence of the applicable Good Reason event.
