Common use of Voluntary Plan/No Alteration of Employment-At-Will Status Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Plan/No Alteration of Employment-At-Will Status. The adoption of the Plan is purely voluntary on the part of the Company and the Plan shall not be deemed to constitute a contract between the Company and any employee or other person not in the employ of the Company, or to be a consideration for, or an inducement or condition of, the employment of any employee or other person. This Plan does not alter, and should not be considered as altering, the at-will employment relationship between the Company and its employees, under which an employee of the Company is free to terminate his/her employment relationship with the Company at any time for any reason, and the Company may terminate its employment relationship with an employee at any time for any lawful reason.
