Voluntary Assignments. Assignments to student-teaching supervision and teaching students enrolled in independent study programs are voluntary.

Voluntary Assignments. No teacher shall be required to accept an extra-curricular assignment for any more than one (1) out of three (3) years. The District will make a reasonable effort to distribute all involuntary extra-curricular assignments among all the staff. Athletic coaches will not be assigned as a paid class advisor during their coaching season.
Voluntary Assignments. A. No later than June 1st of each school year, the Superintendent shall deliver to the Association and post on the bulletin board in the faculty lounge, a list of the known vacancies which shall occur during the following school year. This list is to be updated if vacancies occur after this date.
Voluntary Assignments. Where the Chair, Xxxx or designee asks the Lecturer faculty member to undertake a voluntary assignment in addition to teaching pursuant to Article 16.4, such work will be compensated pursuant to the course equivalency policies in place in that department/unit governing supervising theses or other activities. If there are no such policies, then the Chair or Xxxx at his/her discretion will set the compensation after discussion with the Lecturer faculty member, guided by provisions outlined in section 18.4 and 18.8. The faculty member shall be under no obligation to take such assignment nor penalized in any way for a refusal to take on such assignment.
Voluntary Assignments. Lessee agrees not to sublet the whole or any part of the leased premises or to sell, assign, or transfer this lease or any part or portion of the term hereby created, without having first obtained the consent in writing of Lessor, which consent Lessor agrees shall not be unreasonably withheld. Lessor agrees that it will consent to the assignment of the entire interest of Lessee in this lease and in the term hereby created to a corporation which in the judgment of Lessor to be exercised in good faith is financially sound and responsible, provided such corporation in writing assumes the duties, obligations, and liabilities imposed by this lease; and Lessor agrees that, concurrently with the making of such assignment, it will in writing release Lessee from all duties, obligations and liabilities imposed by this lease, except such duties, obligations and liabilities as relate to an event occurring or circumstance existing prior to the making of such assignment, and Lessee agrees that it will fully perform such latter duties, obligations and liabilities. Lessor agrees, further, that it will consent to the assignment of the entire interest of Lessee in this lease and in the term hereby created to an assignee proposed by Lessee or to the subletting of the whole or any part of the leased premises to a sublessee proposed by Lessee, provided that such assignee or sublessee, as the case may be, in writing assumes the duties, obligations and liabilities imposed by this lease and provided, further, that Lessee concurrently agrees in writing that such assignment or subletting shall not release Lessee from performance of the duties, obligations and liabilities imposed by this lease. In the event consent is given by Lessor to any such assignment or subletting, as in this paragraph 12(a) provided, no subsequent similar transaction shall be entered into without again obtaining the written consent of Lessor thereto.
Voluntary Assignments. Without limiting the other events which may constitute an Assignment, the following shall be deemed an Assignment: (i) any dissolution, merger, consolidation, or other reorganization of Tenant; (ii) the sale or other transfer or disposition of substantially all of the assets of Tenant; and (iii) at any time which the corporate shares of, or partnership, membership or other ownership interests in, Tenant are not publicly traded, a transfer, in one or more transactions occurring within a period of twenty-four (24) months, whether by sale, assignment, bequest, inheritance, operation of law or other disposition or by subscription, of fifty percent (50%) or more of the corporate shares of, or partnership, membership or other ownership interests in, Tenant, provided, however, that if the capital stock of Tenant is publicly traded, the sale or other transfer of Tenant’s capital stock shall not constitute an Assignment.
Voluntary Assignments. Any Teacher presently on tenure or eligible for continuing contractual status in the coming school term may apply for assignment to another position when a vacancy exists. Such application shall be in writing to the Superintendent. When the Superintendent has made a decision, the Teacher may request a conference.

Voluntary Assignments. 30 a. A line pilot who accepts a voluntary assignment such as, but not limited to, 31 ground school instruction, including CRM, on a scheduled day of work, will be 32 paid and credited the following: 33 (1) Line value greater than minimum monthly guarantee: Such pilot will be 34 paid and credited six (6) hours or lost block, whichever is greater, for 35 each day he instructs. 36 (2) Line value less than minimum monthly guarantee: Such pilot will be paid 37 and credited 2.25 hours above his minimum monthly guarantee, or his 38 line value which ever is greater. For example, for each day such pilot 39 instructs on a day of work, 2.25 hours will be credited to the pilot above 40 his 75 hour minimum monthly guarantee. If such pilot receives credits 41 that exceed 75 hours, the 2.25 hours will be added to his final line value.
Voluntary Assignments. Teachers may apply for and transfer to vacant positions once each school year. Teachers may, however apply for other vacancies in the same school year but may not be placed in said vacancy until the commencement of the following school year unless it is necessary. Whenever possible, the then vacant position shall be filled with a Long Term Substitute, if vacancy is of thirty (30) consecutive working days or longer.
Voluntary Assignments. A. Any teacher xxxxxxxx of changing assignment for the next academic year shall make his/her wishes known in writing to the Superintendent on or before February 1. After February 1, the Superintendent will give this request consideration in the event of a vacancy or if such a move will improve the quality of education.
