Volume Purchase Commitment. In consideration of the performance --------------------------- commitments and other promises of Genuity as set out in this Agreement, ▇▇▇▇ Atlantic agrees to purchase the Genuity Services in the dollar volumes as set out in Attachment 1 (the "Purchase Commitment") or pay to Genuity the amounts described therein in the event it fails to satisfy the Purchase Commitment.
