Volume Overage Fees. If the Order specifies the purchase of Maintenance Services, PBI will invoice Client for additional fees that result from annual cycle volume overages according to the maximum number of annual cycles per MPS/APS, Flowmaster/FPS/MSE/Rival Inserting System noted on the Order. The overage rate for a MPS/APS, and Flowmaster/FPS/MSE/Rival Inserting System is .0015 cents and .00175 cents, respectively. The number of annual cycles is determined by measuring complete cycles and not individual page counts. If annual cycle amount is not specified then the following standard annual cycle limits will apply per inserter: MPS/APS 18 million cycles, Flowmaster 8 million cycles, FPS/MSE 4 million cycles and Rival 1.5 million cycles.

  • Minimum Monthly Rent 3.1.1 Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord a Minimum Monthly Rent, initially in the amount set forth in the Basic Provisions, during each month of the Term of this Lease.   • Maximum Charges In no event whatsoever shall interest and other charges charged hereunder exceed the highest rate permissible under law.   • Night Shift Differential 1. An employee who works an assigned night shift shall, in addition to his or her regular salary, be paid a night shift differential for each hour actually worked on the assigned night shift.

  • Shift Differentials A shift differential of thirty-five cents ($.35) per hour shall be paid for shifts starting between 2:00 p.m. and 9:59 p.m. for employees regularly assigned to such shifts. A shift differential of forty-five cents ($.45) per hour shall be paid for shifts starting between 10:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. for employees regularly assigned to such shifts. The differential provided herein shall be part of base pay for overtime pay and other purposes. Employees at the Maine State Prison who are regularly assigned to the 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. shift are to be paid a shift differential of forty-five cents ($.45) per hour. Employees of mental health and correctional facilities shall be eligible for the second shift differential when their shift begins between 12:00 noon and 4:59 p.m.

  • Start-Up Costs 4.1.1 The Government of Ontario will provide:

  • Rest Period After Overtime (a) When overtime work is necessary, it will, wherever reasonably practicable, be so arranged that employees have at least 10 consecutive hours off duty between the work of successive days or shifts, including overtime.

  • Excess Costs If the sum of the Permitted Costs exceeds the Finish Allowance, then Tenant shall pay all such excess costs ("Excess Costs"), provided, however, Landlord will, prior to the commencement of construction of Tenant's Improvements, advise Tenant of the Excess Costs, if any, and the Contract Sum. Tenant shall have two (2) business days from and after the receipt of such advice within which to approve or disapprove the Contract Sum and Excess Costs. If Tenant fails to approve same by the expiration of the second such business day, then Tenant shall be deemed to have approved the Proposed Contract Sum and Excess Costs. If Tenant disapproves the Contract Sum and Excess Costs within such two (2) business day period, then Tenant shall either reduce the scope of Tenant's Improvements such that there shall be no Excess Costs or, at Tenant's option, Landlord shall obtain two (2) additional bids, provided that if Tenant requests Landlord to obtain two (2) additional bids and Tenant fails to approve the Excess Costs within three (3) business days after Landlord's notification of the Excess Costs taking such additional bids into consideration, Tenant shall be deemed to have approved the Contract Sum and Excess Costs as determined by reference to the lowest submitted bid. Landlord and Tenant must approve (or be deemed to have approved) the Contract Sum for the construction of Tenant's Improvements in writing prior to the commencement of construction.

  • Shift Differential The shift differential for employees working on assigned shifts which begin before 6:00 A.M. or which end at or after 7:00 P.M. shall be sixty-five cents ($0.65) per hour for all hours worked on that shift. Such shift differential shall be in addition to the employee's regular rate of pay and shall be included in all payroll calculations, but shall not apply during periods of paid leave. Employees working the regular day schedule who are required to work overtime or who are called back to work for special projects shall not be eligible for the shift differential.

  • Shift Premiums (a) Evening/Night Premium Employees working an evening or night shift where the major portion of hours worked fall within the hours of 1500 and 0800 hours, shall be paid at their regular hourly rate plus a shift premium of $2.10 ($2.75 effective July 1, 2015) per hour for all hours worked.

  • CP Costs Seller shall pay CP Costs with respect to the Capital associated with each Purchaser Interest of Conduit for each day that any Capital in respect of such Purchaser Interest is outstanding. Each Purchaser Interest funded substantially with Pooled Commercial Paper will accrue CP Costs each day on a pro rata basis, based upon the percentage share the Capital in respect of such Purchaser Interest represents in relation to all assets held by Conduit and funded substantially with related Pooled Commercial Paper.
