The overage rate for a MPS/APS, and Flowmaster/FPS/MSE/Rival Inserting System is .0015 cents and .00175 cents, respectively. The number of annual cycles is determined by measuring complete cycles and not individual page counts. If annual cycle amount is not specified then the following standard annual cycle limits will apply per inserter: MPS/APS 18 million cycles, Flowmaster 8 million cycles, FPS/MSE 4 million cycles and Rival 1.5 million cycles.
