Volume Based Framework Prices. Where Table 1 of Annex 1 indicates that a Framework Price is to be calculated by reference to a Volume Based pricing mechanism, the relevant Framework Price shall be calculated on the basis of the unit costs set out against that Framework Price in Table 3 of Annex 2.
