Vital Services. In no instance shall the vital services of the City be interrupted by reason of observance of any of these holidays.
Vital Services. Pursuant to California Government Code Section 77212(b), if County elects to terminate a Service to Court, County shall provide reasonable assistance with Court to ensure that, if said Service is a vital service for Court, it shall be available from other entities that provide such Services. Court understands and agrees that payment for such vital services shall be the responsibility of Court.
Vital Services. The Tenant expressly agrees to obtain and maintain all vital services except those provided by the Landlord as identified in Section 6 of the Lease. The Tenant further covenants and agrees that they shall maintain a level of heat in the Premises at all times in such a manner as to protect the Premises from damage.

Vital Services. In no instance shall the vital services of the City be interrupted by reason of observance of any of these holidays. • Floating Holiday • Floating holidays shall be scheduled in advance with the department head’s approval. • New employees will accrue three (3) floating holidays, the use of which is limited by the following conditions: • None of the holidays may be used during the employee’s probationary period. • Use of a holiday(s) will not conflict with the work schedule nor with scheduled time off of more senior employees. • If the limitations expressed above can not be overcome, the remaining floating holiday(s) will be lost at the beginning of the next contract year following the employee’s date of hire. • Floating holidays may be taken in minimum of one (1) hour increments.
