In this regard, from the document available on record, I find that in June 2017, ▇▇▇▇▇ was acquired by ▇▇▇▇▇, nephew of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Now the question that arises is whether the funds transferred by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to Sayaridevi had been utilized for the purpose of acquisition of Vital through Mohit and thereby Vital was indirectly acquired / controlled by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and hence was part of promoter group. In this regard, from the documents available on record, I find the following:
