VISUAL WELD INSPECTION Sample Clauses

The Visual Weld Inspection clause establishes the requirement for inspecting welds using visual examination methods to ensure they meet specified quality standards. Typically, this involves trained inspectors examining welds for surface defects such as cracks, porosity, or incomplete fusion, often before and after welding operations. This clause helps to identify and address visible flaws early in the fabrication process, thereby ensuring structural integrity and reducing the risk of costly repairs or failures later on.
