Visual Assessment. This category of service includes visual inventory and visual analysis to support planning models. Visual simulations may be required.
Visual Assessment. If you selected this service, the Company will identify visible, readily accessible evidence of mold or conditions that may be conducive to microbial growth, for example, evidence of water penetration, in the Client designated area(s). The Assessment is to identify visible mold and/or conditions that may be conducive to microbial growth, for example, musty odor and/or evidence of water penetration, in the Client designated area(s). The Company will NOT be able to determine the extent or type of microbial contamination from the results of the Visual Assessment alone.
Visual Assessment. Our survey activities began with visual observation of the areas scheduled for demolition to identify homogeneous areas of suspect ACM. A homogeneous area consists of building materials that appear similar throughout in terms of color, texture and date of application. The assessment was conducted throughout visually accessible areas of the building. Building materials identified as concrete, glass, wood, masonry, metal or rubber were not considered suspect ACM.
Visual Assessment. The purpose of the visual assessment is to identify visual mold contamination or conditions that may be conducive to microbial growth, for example, musty odor and/or evidence of water penetration, in the area(s) You designate only. The sole purpose of the visual assessment is to detect the presence, or likely presence, of mold in the designated area(s); therefore, the Inspector will not be liable for failure to discover any conditions other than readily apparent and accessible mold, including, but not limited to, water penetration. Following the visual assessment, sample collection and lab results, the Client will be provided with a written report stating whether mold or conditions indicating mold were found in the designated area(s). Paragraph 4 Paragraph 5
Visual Assessment. VHB will prepare visual simulations that will help portray the visual effects of the removal of the Mill Pond Dam. For this task, VHB will use an approach that develops photomontages (i.e., the layering of other images onto a background photograph) with limited 3‐D rendering of alternative structures based on the results of the hydraulic model.
Visual Assessment. The visual Assessment is the first step of the Mold Assessment and Sampling. The purpose of the visual Assessment is to identify visible mold or conditions that may be conducive to mold/fungi growth (examples: dank smell/water intrusion). The sole purpose of the visual Assessment is to detect the presence, or likely presence, of mold; therefore, we will not be liable for failure to discover any conditions other than readily apparent and visible mold, including, but not limited to, water seepage.

Visual Assessment. Inspect more than 10% of the firstly planted seedlings to identify problems. • Follow closely behind the machine planter or individual hand planters to assess their planting quality and provide training if necessary. • Perform spot checks at random to ensure the quality standard is maintained. • Work with planting supervisor to correct any problems identified. • All stock handling and planting quality must meet the requirements in Section 3.
Visual Assessment. The purpose of the visual Assessment is to identify visual dust/debris and/or mold contamination or conditions that indicate remediation activities have not been successfully completed. The visual Assessment of completed remediation work should be done in each remediated / cleaned area(s) to ensure that all area(s) are examined. It is essential that clearance examiners have full knowledge of the extent of the work and specifically which surfaces did not require remediation. The PRV examiner should have access to any mold Assessment report as well as the job scope of work or specifications and a report from the owner or contractor that the work has been completed. Following the visual Assessment, sample collection and lab results, you will be provided with a written report stating whether the remediation efforts pass or fail.
