• Web site Information on registration for and use of the E-Verify program can be obtained via the Internet at the Department of Homeland Security Web site: xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/E-Verify.

• Line Information Database (LIDB 9.1 BellSouth will store in its Line Information Database (LIDB) records relating to service only in the BellSouth region. The LIDB Storage Agreement is included in this Attachment as Exhibit B.

• Traffic The provisions in this Section apply regardless how the ISP-bound traffic is determined.

• Internet Traffic Any traffic that is transmitted to or returned from the Internet at any point during the duration of the transmission.

• Password To enable you, and only you, to use the Service, you will be asked to choose a password when you register and are accepted as a customer of the Service. This password is stored in encrypted form by us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Funds Transfer with Customer Assumed Risk customer number and password. No one at JetStream Federal Credit Union has access to your Accounts passwords or user ID's. You are responsible for uses of the Service whether or not actually or expressly authorized by you. Therefore, it is important that you DO NOT SHARE YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER OR PASSWORD WITH ANYONE FOR ANY REASON. No one at JetStream Federal Credit Union will know or need to know your password, and JetStream Federal Credit Union employees will never ask for your password. If you wish to make a transfer to an Account of another person, you will be asked to provide a separate code word or phrase (the "Shared Secret") that is known only to you and to the person to whom you are transferring the funds (the "Recipient"). We recommend that you do not use commonly used words, phrases or dates. In order to complete the transfer, the Recipient must provide the Shared Secret and certain other identifying information. YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT GIVE THE SHARED SECRET TO ANYONE EXCEPT THE RECIPIENT FOR ANY REASON. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT YOU WILL INSTRUCT THE RECIPIENT NOT TO GIVE THE SHARED SECRET TO ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY REASON. Xxx 0000, Xxxxx Xxxxx, XX 00000 Consumer Liability You agree to notify us AT ONCE if you believe your password has been lost or stolen. Telephoning us promptly is the best way to protect yourself from possible losses. If you never tell us, you could lose all of the money in your account (plus your maximum overdraft line of credit). However, if you tell us within 2 business days, you can lose no more than $50 if someone used your password without your permission. If you do NOT tell us within 2 business days after you learn of the loss or theft of your password, and we can prove we could have stopped someone from using your password without your permission if you had told us, you could lose as much as $500. You can see a complete statement of all your funds transfers effected or pending at any time by clicking on the History tab. If your statement shows transfers that you did not make, notify us AT ONCE. If you do not tell us within 60 days after the transfer was posted to your statement, you may not get back any money you lost after the 60 days, if we can prove that we could have stopped someone from taking the money if you had told us in time. If a good reason (such as a long trip or a hospital stay) kept you from telling us, we will extend the time periods.

• Posting licensed content on any Website The following terms and conditions apply as follows: Licensing material from an Elsevier journal: All content posted to the web site must maintain the copyright information line on the bottom of each image; A hyper-text must be included to the Homepage of the journal from which you are licensing at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/science/journal/xxxxx or the Elsevier homepage for books at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx; Central Storage: This license does not include permission for a scanned version of the material to be stored in a central repository such as that provided by Heron/XanEdu. Licensing material from an Elsevier book: A hyper-text link must be included to the Elsevier homepage at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx . All content posted to the web site must maintain the copyright information line on the bottom of each image. Posting licensed content on Electronic reserve: In addition to the above the following clauses are applicable: The web site must be password-protected and made available only to bona fide students registered on a relevant course. This permission is granted for 1 year only. You may obtain a new license for future website posting.

• Customer Content As part of the Services provided under this Agreement, Customer Data will be stored and processed in the data center region specified in the applicable Ordering Document. Axway shall not access Customer Content except in response to support or technical issues where Customer provides Axway with prior Customer’s written authorization required to access such Customer Content. Axway is not responsible for unauthorized access, alteration, theft or destruction of Customer Content arising from Customer’s own or its authorized users’ actions or omissions in contravention of the Documentation. Customer’s ability to recover any lost data resulting from Axway’s misconduct is limited to restoration by Axway from the most recent back-up.

• Transit Traffic The following rates will apply:

• Loss Leader; Recycled Products Contractor shall not sell or use any article or product as a “loss leader” as defined in Section 17030 of the Business and Professions Code. If Contractor will sell to the Judicial Council, or use in the performance of this Agreement, goods specified in PCC 12207 (for example, certain paper products, office supplies, mulch, glass products, lubricating oils, plastic products, paint, antifreeze, tires and tire-derived products, and metal products), then with respect to those goods: (i) Contractor shall use recycled products in the performance of this Agreement to the maximum extent doing so is economically feasible, and (ii) upon request, Contractor shall certify in writing under penalty of perjury, the minimum, if not exact, percentage of post consumer material as defined in the PCC 12200, in such goods regardless of whether the goods meet the requirements of PCC 12209.

• Third Party Websites The Service may contain or reference links to websites operated by third parties ("Third Party Websites"). These links are provided as a convenience only. Such Third Party Websites are not under our control. We are not responsible for the content of any Third Party Website or any link contained in a Third Party Website. We do not review, approve, monitor, endorse, warrant, or make any representations with respect to Third Party Websites, and the inclusion of any link in the Service, Debit Rewards Offers or any other services provided in connection with them is not and does not imply an affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, approval, investigation, verification or monitoring by us of any information contained in any Third Party Website. In no event will we be responsible for the information contained in such Third Party Website or for your use of or inability to use such website. Access to any Third Party Website is at your own risk, and you acknowledge and understand that linked Third Party Websites may contain terms and privacy policies that are different from ours. We are not responsible for such provisions, and expressly disclaim any liability for them.
