Common use of Visiting Work Sites Clause in Contracts

Visiting Work Sites. Authorized representatives of the Union may, after notifying the 3 County official in charge, visit the work location of employees covered by this Agreement at any 4 reasonable time for purposes related to responsibilities as the collective bargaining agent, including 5 the investigation of grievances, but shall not conduct Union business on County time.
