Visiting Pets Sample Clauses

The Visiting Pets clause sets out the rules and conditions under which pets that do not permanently reside on the premises may be brought onto the property. Its core function is to manage potential risks and disturbances associated with non-resident animals, ensuring the comfort and safety of all occupants and protecting the property from possible damage.
