Common use of Violation Clause in Contracts

Violation. A violation of the prohibition in Subsection 16.1 above or any part of this Section 16 constitutes the following: (a) a material breach of this Master Agreement; (b) a misdemeanor violation of Chapter 4.08 of the San Xxxx Municipal Code; and (c) a ground for debarment in accordance with Chapter 4.10 of the San Xxxx Municipal Code.
