Violation of Other Agreements. Employee represents and warrants to the Company that he is legally able to enter into this Agreement and accept employment with the Company and that Employee is not prohibited by the terms of any agreement, from entering into this Agreement; and the terms hereof will not and do not violate or contravene the terms of any agreement to which Employee is or may be a party, or by which Employee may be bound.
