Common use of Vigilant Access Clause in Contracts

Vigilant Access. Customer may opt for subscription to additional Subscription Software, including use of the Law Enforcement Archival Network (“LEARN”), which is subject to the SSA and any additional terms governing the use of LEARN. If Customer purchases a subscription to commercial license plate recognition data, then Customer will execute and agree to the terms of Motorola’s standard Data License Addendum.
