Common use of Vietnam Responsibility Contract Clause in Contracts

Vietnam Responsibility Contract. Where Customer subscribes for Access in Vietnam through Verizon, Customer shall be required to enter into a Responsibility Contract (or other similar agreements) with the Access service provider. Customer is hereby notified that Verizon is not permitted to modify the terms of the Responsibility Contract and is not allowed to enter into that contract on Customer’s behalf.
