Data API Instance Keeper API A credit of one (1) day of additional Video Service shall be added to the end of the billing cycle for every 0.1% below the Uptime Percentage Threshold for the applicable Video Service. To request a Service Credit, you must notify us in writing by email within thirty (30) days from the time you become eligible for a Service Credit.
