VICARIOUS LIABILITY COVERAGE. Any entity the Insured Entity is required by contract to include as an insured for liability of such entity for an Insured’s Wrongful Acts shall be insured under this Policy but solely to the extent that a Claim is made against such entity for a Wrongful Act of an Insured, and only so long as the written contract is entered into before such Wrongful Act occurs. Any coverage afforded by this Section is subject always to all of the Policy’s terms and conditions, provided however: A. there shall be no coverage afforded to such entity for its Wrongful Acts; and B. nothing herein shall serve to confer any rights or duties to such entity under this Policy, other than as provided in this Section.

Any claim or “suit” that is brought in a Sanctioned Country or by a Sanctioned Country Government, where any action in connection with such claim or suit is prohibited by U.S. economic or trade sanctions; 3. Property that is located in a Sanctioned Country or that is owned by, rented to or in the care, custody or control of a Sanctioned Country Government, where any activities related to such property are prohibited by U.S. economic or trade sanctions; or 5. Property that is owned by, rented to or in the care, custody or control of a Specially Designated National or Blocked Person, or any person or entity who is otherwise subject to U.S. economic or trade sanctions. As used in this endorsement a Specially Designated National or Blocked Person is any person or entity that is on the list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons issued by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) as it may be from time to time amended. As used in this endorsement a Sanctioned Country is any country that is the subject of trade or economic embargoes imposed by the laws or regulations of the United States of America.   • Liability Coverage For the benefit of System Agency, Grantee will at all times maintain liability insurance coverage, referred to in Tex. Gov. Code § 2261.102, as “director and officer liability coverage” or similar coverage for all persons in management or governing positions within Grantee’s organization or with management or governing authority over Grantee’s organization (collectively “responsible persons”). Grantee will: 1. maintain copies of liability policies on site for inspection by System Agency and will submit copies of policies to System Agency upon request. 2. maintain liability insurance coverage in an amount not less than the total value of this Contract and that is sufficient to protect the interests of System Agency in the event an actionable act or omission by a responsible person damages System Agency’s interests. 3. notify, and obtain prior approval from, the System Agency Contract Oversight and Support Section before settling a claim on the insurance.

  • Professional Liability Coverage Consultant shall maintain professional errors and omissions liability insurance for protection against claims alleging negligent acts, errors or omissions which may arise from Consultant or by its employees, or subcontractors. The amount of this insurance shall not be less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) on a claims-made annual aggregate basis, or a combined single-limit per occurrence basis.

  • General Liability Coverage The CONTRACTOR shall maintain commercial general liability insurance in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage. If a commercial general liability insurance form or other form with a general aggregate limit is used, either the general aggregate limit shall apply separately to the work to be performed under this Agreement or the general aggregate limit shall be at least twice the required occurrence limit.

  • Automobile Liability Coverage Consultant shall maintain automobile liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage for all activities of the Consultant arising out of or in connection with the work to be performed under this Agreement, including coverage for owned, hired and non- owned vehicles, in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence.
