Verticutting Sample Clauses

The Verticutting clause defines the requirements and procedures for performing verticutting, a turf maintenance process that involves cutting vertical grooves into the soil to remove thatch and promote healthy grass growth. This clause typically specifies the timing, frequency, and equipment standards for verticutting, as well as the areas of turf to be treated. By clearly outlining these expectations, the clause ensures consistent turf quality and helps prevent misunderstandings between parties regarding maintenance standards.
