Common use of Vertical Projection Xxxxx Clause in Contracts

Vertical Projection Xxxxx. No Well may be drilled to an objective which is outside the vertical projection of the boundaries of the Contract Area. Controlled direction Xxxxx drilled within the Contract Area from adjacent terrain not covered by this Contract will be considered for all purposes of this Contract as Xxxxx drilled from territory included in the Contract Area, and whose drilling may only be undertaken with the prior approval of the Ministry, and on such terms and conditions as the Ministry may establish. Nothing in this Article has the intention or should be interpreted as a grant of a right of lease, license, servitude or any other right that the Contractor must obtain from the Ministry or other Persons.

Nothing in No part of this Article has the intention intends or should may be interpreted as a grant of conceding a right of lease, license, servitude or any other right that the Contractor must obtain from the Ministry or other Persons.
