Versions. To provide the best ongoing service, security and functionality, the Customer agrees that it must stay within two (2) minor version upgrades of the most recently released version. All updates must be done within 6 months of Version release being made available. All maintenance updates must be done within 6 months irrelevant of which minor version the Customer is on. This will ensure a consistent high-performing platform, as well as consolidate Customer effort and allow for greater innovation and focus.
