Common use of Vermin Control Clause in Contracts

Vermin Control. During the progress of the Work, Contractor will take necessary precautions to control vermin at the job site and wherever equipment and/or materials are stored. At the time of acceptance, structures entirely constructed under the Contract shall be free of rodents, insects, vermin, and pests. Necessary extermination work shall be arranged and paid for by the Contractor as part of the Work within the Contract time, and shall be performed by a licensed extermAiTnTaAtoCr HinMEaNccTor4dance with requirements of governing authorities. The Contractor shall be liable for injury to persons or property and responsible for the elimination or offensive odors resulting from extermination operations.
