Verizon. 11.1.2.1 CLEC Party will provide an appropriate EMI record to Verizon; and 11.1.2.2 CLEC Party will bill Verizon the CLEC Party's Switched Exchange Access Tariff charges and the CLEC Party’s applicable Tariff query charge.
