Verification by the Department. The Department reserves the right to conduct periodic on- site reviews of Housing Developments Covered by this Agreement, including the Accessible Housing Units, to verify compliance with this Agreement. The Department may accompany the NAC or other person during any City-authorized on-site accessibility surveys of Housing Developments Covered by this Agreement.
