Verbal Authorization/Secure Access Code Clause Samples
The Verbal Authorization/Secure Access Code clause establishes the procedures and requirements for granting access or approving actions through verbal confirmation or the use of a secure access code. In practice, this clause allows individuals to authorize transactions, changes, or access to sensitive information by providing a unique code or confirming their identity verbally, often during phone calls or remote interactions. Its core function is to enhance security and ensure that only authorized persons can perform certain actions, thereby reducing the risk of unauthorized access or fraud.
