VENDOR Sync. Sync desktop files to VENDOR. Access VENDOR folders and shared files right from your desktop. This Exhibit details the levels of service to be provided by VENDOR to Enterprise Customer (hereinafter sometimes referred to in this Exhibit B as “Customer”) for the provision of VENDOR Service set forth in the preceding provisions of the Agreement. Any capitalized term used in this Exhibit and not defined herein will have the meaning given to such term set forth in the preceding provisions of the Agreement. Subject to the written agreement by the Parties and the concurrence of VENDOR, these “Service Level Commitments” may be extended to cover subsequent project phases, and related systems configurations, applications and services. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of this Exhibit and the terms and conditions set forth in the preceding provisions of the Agreement, the terms and conditions set forth in the preceding provisions of the Agreement will control.
