Common use of Vendor Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Vendor Responsibilities. Except as otherwise specifically provided for in this Agreement, the following provisions are the responsibility of the Vendor: A. Vendor shall competently and efficiently supervise, inspect, and direct all work to be performed under this Agreement, devoting such attention thereto and applying such skills and expertise as may be necessary to perform the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. B. Vendor shall be solely responsible for the means, methods, techniques, sequences, procedures, and safety precautions or programs incident thereto. C. Vendor shall be responsible to see that the finished work complies accurately with the contract and the intent thereof. D. Vendor shall comply with all local, state, and Federal laws, regulations, and ordinances which may affect cost, progress, or its performance under this Agreement, and be responsible for all costs associated with same. E. Vendor shall continue its performance under this Agreement during the pendency of any dispute or disagreement arising out of or relating to this Agreement, except as Vendor and City may otherwise agree in writing.
