VENDOR OMBUDSMAN. Pursuant to Section 215.422(7), F.S. (2013), the Agency of Financial Services has established a Vendor Ombudsman, whose duties and responsibilities are to act as an advocate for vendors who may have problems obtaining timely payments from state agencies.
