Vemics Interface. Vemics shall retain all right, title and interest in, and shall be the sole owner of the Vemics Interface, any modifications, enhancements or improvements thereto and derivative works thereof, including any Intellectual Property Rights therein. eRx will respect all Intellectual Property Rights of Vemics.
