Vehicle Use and Maintenance Terms and Conditions. In any place where the word “Subscriber” appears in section 8 hereinafter, the term will refer to “the Subscriber and/or additional driver” and the commitments that appear in section 8 below will apply to the Subscriber as well as to the additional driver.
